The Project for Attorney Retention, an initiative of the Center for WorkLife Law at Hastings College of the Law, is pleased to announce the 2012 Hastings Leadership Academy for Women, an executive education program designed for women law firm partners, but open to all law firm partners. The program is designed to help experienced women lawyers stride confidently to the highest levels of success in their law firms, their communities and the legal profession.
Leadership Academy participants learn skills, knowledge and techniques that will enable them to assume leadership roles and make their contributions visible, valued, and rewarded. The course curriculum has been designed to provide a unique, hands-on learning experience and will be taught by distinguished faculty from leading law schools, business schools, and law practice. Learning will be enhanced by opportunities to build a strong network of other partners with leadership aspirations and responsibilities. The program includes follow-up “check-in” calls during the year for small groups and a webinar on a topic to be decided.

Registration Fee: REGISTER EARLY AND SAVE $750 - $1,425. EARLY BIRD PRICING UNTIL MAY 11, 2012: $6,750 for single registrant; $6,250 for each additional registrant from the same firm. Firms that are members of the Project for Attorney Retention (PAR) are entitled to a 10% discount on all registrations.

Registration Fee includes the Academy, all program materials, three continental breakfasts, three lunches, two receptions, one dinner and refreshment breaks.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by June 8 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between June 9 and 22 are subject to a 30% cancellation fee; those received between June 23 and July 6 are subject to a 60% cancellation fee. There is no refund for cancellations made after July 14. Substitution of another partner in the firm can be made any time before the start of the program for no additional fee.
